These days when you call Drake Hardware & Software you may hear a new voice over the phone. We are pleased to introduce Corinne, our Consultant Assistant. Corinne has been with Drake since February of this year. She is a 1998 graduate of Keokuk High School and has lived in the Burlington area since last October.

Corinne's job as a Consultant Assistant gives her a wide variety of jobs at Drake. Her main duties are to keep this business organized. She helps schedule the consultant's time with clients, follows-up with them to make sure they are satisfied, orders parts, answers the phone, and does billing. If there is a question, ask Corinne and she will track down an answer for you.

Above all else clients need to feel good when they have us do work for them. Corinne believes, "Treat your clients with respect and help them fulfill their needs the best you can."

Next time you call our office, the chipper voice on the other end is Corinne, our Consultant Assistant. She'll help you through your little computer glitches or your major meltdowns.
