Service Pack 2 Pop-up Blocker Teresa Pfeiff If you have Service Pack 2 installed on your Windows XP Pro or Home computer then you have an added feature to Internet Explorer called Pop-up Blocker. This is generally the second item found underneath the Tools menu.
