Remote Support

Drake Hardware & Software has the ability to remotely access your computer to provide a way for you to get the help you need when you run into problems with your computer.

Instructions:
• Call Drake H&S to contact a consultant
• Click the download button
• Run the DrakeSupport.exe file
• Click run again (Trust the publisher)
• Double click the corresponding tech (your consultant will tell you which one they are)
• From there your consultant can run your computer
